He said it has been decided that out of the GRAP-4 restrictions, two measures have now been made permanent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe first is PUCC. From now on, you will not get petrol anywhere without a valid PUCC certificate until further orders,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The minister further said that vehicles entering Delhi from outside the city that do not meet Bharat Stage-VI (BS-6) emission norms will also face restrictions.
