It has also asked for all documents related to the case along with the forensic laboratory report.<\/p>\n<p>On January 9, the Jalandhar police had registered an FIR against BJP leader and Delhi government minister Kapil Mishra. The police claimed that the video was examined at a forensic lab in Mohali, which concluded that Atishi did not use the word \u201cguru\u201d anywhere in the clip. Following this, a complaint was moved in the Delhi Assembly against the Jalandhar Police Commissioner.<\/p>\n<p>A Delhi BJP MLA said Punjab Police cannot register a case in another state over proceedings conducted inside the Assembly as it amounts to a breach of legislative privilege. Responding to this, the Delhi Assembly Speaker said action will be taken against the Jalandhar Police Commissioner and all those involved in registering the FIR.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal were scheduled to visit Jalandhar on Saturday to inaugurate several projects, but the visit was cancelled at the last moment. Ahead of the proposed visit, the Jalandhar BJP also held a protest at Shri Ram Chowk.<\/p>\n<p>The sudden cancellation has triggered political speculation that AAP leaders called off the visit due to mounting pressure over the FIR related to the Sikh gurus issue.
