The notice has been taken by the Chairman of the Commission S. Jasvir Singh Garhi following reports of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing details, an official spokesperson said the matter came to the notice of the Chairman through a report published in a newspaper. Acting under Section 10(2)(h) of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission Act 2004, the Commission has sought a detailed report from the Senior Superintendent of Police Sri Muktsar Sahib.
