During the visit, the Education Minister reviewed ongoing infrastructure development works and interacted directly with students to assess the quality of education and facilities being provided.<\/p>\n<p>While taking a comprehensive tour of the school premises, Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains meticulously reviewed the progress of infrastructure upgrades and held interactions with students to take first-hand feedback on academic standards and amenities available in the school.<\/p>\n<p>He also reviewed the construction of a \u20b990-lakh state-of-the-art indoor sports complex, featuring two Kabaddi mats and one wrestling mat, with a seating capacity of 2,000, and stressed that the Punjab Government\u2019s education policy places equal emphasis on intellectual growth and physical development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEducation is the paramount priority of the Bhagwant Mann Government. Our \u2018Schools of Eminence\u2019 are not just buildings; they are incubators for future leaders and professionals,\u201d said Minister Harjot Singh Bains, adding, \u201cThe trend of students migrating from private institutions to government schools is a resounding endorsement of our policies and the quality education being delivered.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Education Minister further stated, \u201cThere is and will be no dearth of funds for education. Investing in our students is investing directly in the future of Punjab and the nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The School Principal, Preetinder Ghai, apprised the Education Minister that the school has witnessed an 11 percent rise in enrolment this academic year, with over 200 students shifting from private schools, reflecting growing parental confidence in the government education system.
