Today, the court has exposed the bundle of lies that was fabricated by the BJP-led central government through its agencies. He was joined by AAP Ministers Harjot Singh Bains and Hardeep Singh Mundian.<\/p>\n<p>Arora stated that the special court has completely rejected the baseless and fabricated conspiracy created by the BJP to politically destroy Arvind Kejriwal. \u201cFor nearly six months, a sitting Chief Minister was dragged from his home and put behind bars. Manish Sisodia was kept in jail for nearly two years. All this was done only to defame them, to crush their political existence, and to destroy their growing popularity,&#8221; said Arora.<\/p>\n<p>Arora said the court not only acquitted and discharged Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and others with honour, but also made strong observations against the investigating agencies. He said, \u201cThe court clearly observed that there was no prima facie case. The prosecution theory was nothing more than mere conjecture. The CBI tried to construct a narrative of conspiracy, but there was absolutely no substance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added that the court even indicated that departmental inquiry should be initiated against officers who built and executed this conspiracy. Calling it unprecedented, Arora said, \u201cFor the first time in the country\u2019s history, a sitting Chief Minister like Arvind Kejriwal was targeted only because the BJP was afraid of his honesty and popularity. He was framed in a false case just to eliminate him politically.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arora directly targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, demanding a public apology. He said, \u201cNarendra Modi and Amit Shah owe an apology to the people of this country. They must apologise for this conspiracy that was hatched to end the political career of Arvind Kejriwal. Such low-level politics has never made anyone great. A leader becomes big by drawing a longer line through development and public service, not by trapping political opponents in false cases.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arora said, \u201cThis is not just Arvind Kejriwal\u2019s victory, not just Manish Sisodia\u2019s victory, not just Aam Aadmi Party\u2019s victory, this is the victory of truth. God has delivered justice.
