The cumulative base value of these plots was approximately \u20b972.50 crore, whereas the final bids received amounted to an impressive \u20b9163.50 crore, reflecting more than double appreciation over the reserve price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Minister stated that the extraordinary response clearly demonstrates the robust demand for industrial land, renewed investor confidence, and the growing attractiveness of Punjab as a preferred investment destination. \u201cThe significant price realization underscores the strategic location, infrastructure readiness, and immense development potential of the Industrial Focal Points,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Sanjeev Arora further stated, \u201cThe successful completion of the e-auction with such outstanding results highlights strengthened investor confidence in the State\u2019s industrial policies and governance framework. It has ensured substantial revenue generation, which will further support infrastructure augmentation and industrial ecosystem development.
