The court, in its detailed order, made it clear that a case without foundation cannot continue,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that the Aam Aadmi Party was founded on the pillars of education and healthcare, and that transformative initiatives such as Mohalla Clinics and government school reforms in Delhi earned global recognition. Similar reforms, he said, are now visible in Punjab, where new clinics and historic academic achievements by government school students reflect real change on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>Pannu alleged that unable to match AAP\u2019s governance and integrity, political opponents fabricated the so-called \u20b9100 crore scam narrative. \u201cWhere is the \u20b9100 crore? What scam?\u201d he asked, adding that months spent in jail by Kejriwal, Sisodia and others can never be returned.<\/p>\n<p>He thanked the judiciary and paid tribute to B. R. Ambedkar for framing a Constitution that safeguards justice.
