The company added that another 4,000 LMGs are scheduled to be delivered later this year.<\/p>\n<p>The supply has been executed through PLR Systems, a joint venture between IWI and the Adani Group, which is India\u2019s first private-sector manufacturer of small arms and ammunition.<\/p>\n<p>The company said the delivery marks the successful completion of the technology transfer process under the Make in India programme and reflects its commitment to meeting timelines and quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>The Negev (7.62&#215;51) is among the lightest machine guns in its category and features semi-automatic capability.
