New Delhi: Internal dissent within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has come to the fore after party leaders publicly criticised Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha over his recent statements and video.<\/p>\n
AAP leader Anurag Dhanda said Chadha was no longer acting as a \u201csoldier\u201d of party chief Arvind Kejriwal and accused him of hesitating to speak strongly against the government.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are Kejriwal\u2019s soldiers. Fearlessness is our identity. If someone is afraid, how will they fight for the country?\u201d Dhanda said.<\/p>\n
He questioned Chadha\u2019s role in Parliament, alleging that limited speaking time allocated to the party was not used to raise key national issues.<\/p>\n
Dhanda also claimed that Chadha did not raise concerns over the arrest of AAP workers in Gujarat and refused to support a proposal related to alleged electoral issues in West Bengal.<\/p>\n
Echoing similar concerns, AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj accused Chadha of focusing on \u201csoft PR\u201d instead of raising serious political matters in Parliament.<\/p>\n
He said that with limited time available in the House, party MPs should prioritise critical issues, but Chadha had not been active in that role.<\/p>\n
