New Delhi: The ongoing rift between the Aam Aadmi Party and its now-rebel Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha continues to intensify, with fresh allegations and counter-allegations from both sides.<\/p>\n
The controversy comes days after Chadha was removed as deputy leader in the Rajya Sabha and replaced by Ashok Mittal.<\/p>\n
Amid claims by Chadha\u2019s supporters that his security was withdrawn by the Punjab government while the Centre granted him Z+ protection, AAP national spokesperson Anurag Dhanda raised questions over the timing of developments.<\/p>\n
Dhanda alleged a possible link between an Enforcement Directorate (ED) raid on Ashok Mittal and Chadha being granted Z+ security on the same day, suggesting it may not be a coincidence. He further claimed that such protection could allow the BJP to \u201cuse\u201d Chadha politically when needed.<\/p>\n
