Chandigarh: A shocking incident has surfaced from near Dhanaula, where a man was allegedly killed by his younger brother using a tractor in a dispute over money and farmland.<\/p>\n
The deceased has been identified as Manjinder Singh (50), while the accused, Sukhwinder Singh (45), is currently absconding.<\/p>\n
According to police and family members, the brothers had been in conflict for the past four days over nearly \u20b91 lakh and a tree standing in their field.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred when Manjinder Singh was on his way to arrange a combine harvester for wheat harvesting. His wife, Paramjit Kaur, alleged that Sukhwinder Singh came from behind and ran a Swaraj tractor over him multiple times.<\/p>\n
She further claimed that when she rushed out on hearing screams and tried to save her husband, the accused also attempted to run the tractor over her.<\/p>\n
Manjinder Singh died on the spot due to the brutal attack.<\/p>\n
The victim is survived by his wife and a 26-year-old son, who is currently living abroad.<\/p>\n
