They expressed confidence that the party would continue its strong electoral performance in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Sisodia and Arora said the people of Punjab had recently given a decisive mandate in favour of the Aam Aadmi Party during the municipal corporation and municipal council elections. They asserted that the party expects a similar response in the upcoming civic polls and is hopeful of securing a convincing victory in all four municipal councils.<\/p>\n<p>The elections are being viewed as another test of political support in urban areas ahead of future electoral contests in the state.
