She added that this would facilitate proper training to the staff working at the ground level to carry out this task smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>She said that the role of the BLO and ERO during SIR is of the utmost importance. She added that everyone must make a collective effort so that no voter or employee has to face any trouble.<\/p>\n<p>She directed all the DEOs and EROs of the state to personally supervise the training programs being held in their respective areas regarding the Special Intensive Revision Program so that every query of the staff working at the ground level regarding the SIR process could be resolved. She said that the better the training provided to the BLOs, the smoother the entire process will be.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Anindita Mitra said that all the political parties of the state of Punjab have been apprised about SIR and they have been requested to cooperate in carrying out this process in a transparent manner.
