With the latest order, Arora will remain in judicial custody until June 26.<\/p>\n<p>The court had reserved its decision on Arora\u2019s bail application on June 8 after hearing arguments from both sides. The minister has been in custody since his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on May 9.<\/p>\n<p>The ED is investigating allegations linked to suspected financial irregularities, including an alleged money laundering case involving around \u20b9100 crore and a purported fake GST refund scam. During the probe, the agency conducted extensive questioning and carried out searches at multiple locations connected to Arora\u2019s business interests.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation has also reportedly examined transactions and decisions involving government departments and entities linked to the case. Officials from the power sector have also been questioned as part of the ongoing inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>Arora had approached higher courts seeking legal relief following his arrest. Meanwhile, leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party, including national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, had met him during his incarceration.
