After 2 years, India resumes regular international flights today

Punjab E News (New Delhi):-  After a gap of almost two years due to Covid-19, India on Sunday has resumed international flight operation. 

    India had suspended its international flight operation on March 23, 2020 in the country after coronavirus. 

    Meanwhile, now 60 airlines from 40 countries have been permitted to operate 1,783 frequencies to/from India effective from March 27 till October 29 while out of 505 weekly flights, IndiGo will have the highest international departures followed by Air India at 361, AI Express at 340 and Emirates at 170.
