Verka hikes prices of milk again

In the festive season, Verka has once again increased the price of milk. Verka has increased the price of one kg of milk by Rs 2, while the packet of half a kilo has been increased by Rs 1. 

The new milk prices will come into effect from October 16. Verka has increased milk rates twice in four months citing rising cost of fodder and other items. 

After the increase in the prices of milk in the festive season, the common people will get a big shock. This will put burden on the budget of people.
