Acid attack at 17-year-old girl in Delhi, accused came on bike
Punjab E News: A schoolgirl was attacked with acid by a boy in Delhi’s Dwarka Mor area. The incident took place around 9 am and the girl has been referred to Safdarjung Hospital.
The victim along with her younger sister had left for school when the boy, who was sitting behind two men on a bike, threw acid.
After this, the younger sister informed the family that someone had thrown acid on her sister, after which the family members reached and informed the police. Police then scanned CCTV footage and detained one of the accused and launched a search for the other.
The victim’s father said that the girl’s face was burnt with acid, the condition is critical. I don’t know who those boys were, where they came from.
At the same time, the victim’s mother said that the incident took place a short distance away from the house. My daughter’s condition is critical. Both face and eyes have been affected. The mother said that she also did not know the identity of accused.
