Amritpal Singh changed his vehicle to mislead police, CCTV footage shows

Chandigarh: A police team is continuously conducting raids to nab Amritpal Singh, the chief of ‘Waris Punjab De’. Several of his accomplices have been arrested. A CCTV footage has surfaced in it in which Amritpal Singh can be seen riding in a Brezza car.

It is seen that Amritpal got down in his Mercedes car at Shahkot in Jalandhar, he boarded the Brezza car of one of his associates. Amritpal changed his clothes in the Brezza car. He took off his robe and put on a pant shirt and fled on a motorcycle along with his accomplices from there, police officials said.
Amritpal Singh is still absconding. The police have been searching for him for the last four days. The car in which he escaped has also been recovered by the police. According to police sources, two other associates of Amritpal have been booked in the NSA. Amritpal’s two accomplices Kulwant Singh and Gur Aujla have now been slapped NSA. Both of them have been arrested and sent to Dibrugarh in Assam.
