Amritpal Singh’s associate Kalsi detained under due process of law: Punjab govt

Punjab News: The Punjab government today told the High Court that Daljit Singh Kalsi, a close aide of Amritpal Singh, who was detained under the National Security Act, was helping to spread radical separatist ideology for a separate Khalistan and wage war against the country. Kalsi has been detained under the National Security Act.

   The government also told the Punjab and Haryana High Court that Sarabjit alias Daljit Singh Kalsi has been detained under the National Security Act and the allegation of illegal detention is false and baseless. The government said he was taken into custody after due process of law.
