Punjab News: Police have registered a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against former Congress MLA Pritam Singh Kotbhai and six of his associates for allegedly duping pearl company owner Nirmal Singh Bhangu of Rs 3.5 crore in exchange for bail.
Some persons have also been arrested in connection with the case. Commissioner of Police Mandeep Singh Sidhu said a case has been registered by the police.
