CBI files chargesheet in Delhi excise policy case, Manish Sisodia’s name not included

New Delhi: The CBI has filed a chargesheet in the Delhi liquor scam case on Friday. This charge sheet has been filed against a total of 7 people. The CBI has filed this charge sheet in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court.

The CBI has told the court that out of the 7 people against whom the charge sheet has been filed, 3 people are public servants. Along with this, the CBI has also told the court that the investigation against Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia is still going on in the case.
The seven people against whom the charge sheet has been filed are Vijay Nair, Abhishek Boinpalli, Sameer Mahendru, Muttatha Gautam, Arun R Pillai. Apart from this, the CBI has filed a charge sheet against two former excise officials.
