Class 7 student gang-raped in Chandigarh, all accused minors
Chandigarh: A shocking incident has come to light from Chandigarh. A Class VII student of a government school has been allegedly gang-raped multiple times by five boys, police said.
Of the five accused, four are school students, while one is an outsider. All the accused are minors. According to this, these incidents have led to the rape of the victim at different places.
It is reported that the three accused are studying in Class IX.
The police had registered a complaint in the matter, but no action was taken due to silence at that time. However, the matter was later investigated and all the accused have been sent to a juvenile home.
It is alleged that all of them blackmailed and raped the minor student. This was verified when the victim reported the matter to a school teacher, following which the matter was brought to the notice of the police
