Cruise drug bribery case: Sameer Wankhede again appears before CBI
Mumbai: Former Mumbai Narcotics Control Bureau chief Sameer Wankhede today again appeared before the CBI in connection with the cruise drug bribery case.
Wankhede, who arrived at the Bandra-Kurla Complex here around 10.30 am, said he has full faith in the judiciary. Wankhede is alleged to have demanded a bribe of Rs 25 crore from actor Shah Rukh Khan, father of Aryan Khan, arrested in the cruise ‘drug bust’ case, to get him out of the case. Earlier in the day, the CBI had questioned Wankhede for nearly five hours.
