DC forms committees to stop the sale, storage and use of China Door

Punjabenews: Deputy Commissioner cum District Magistrate Mr. Vishesh Sarangal has issued an important order to prevent the sale, storage and use of China Door as Sub Divisional committees have been formed so that its use can be effectively stopped.

The SDMs of the four sub-divisions will be the chairman of these committees while the respective DSPs, BDPOs, Secretary Municipal Corporations / Environmental Engineers, Punjab Pollution Control Board Jalandhar or their representatives will work in capacity of its members. .

Mr. Sarangal said that the sale, store and use of China Door has already been banned and these committees will be responsible for implementing the orders in more effective manner.

He asked the chairmen of the committee to endeavor to implement these orders with immediate effect and a daily report in this regard should be sent to the Deputy Commissioner’s office.
