Two separate cases have been registered against tractor stuntman Gaganpal Singh alias Happy Mahla, a resident of Moga, as well as Punjabi singer Kamal Grewal in Nawanshahr. Stuntman Happy Mahla made a reel on Kamal Grewal’s 7-year-old song Sarkar Ban and put it on social media. The police came to know about the case on December 17.
The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter. The first case has been registered against Happy Mahla under sections 188 and 279 of the Motor Vehicle Act. At the same time, another case has been filed against Punjabi singer Kamal Grewal for this song.
