High Court reprimands Amritpal Singh associates’ advocate for filing PIL

Chandigarh: The Punjab and Haryana High on Thursday reprimanded the council of Amritpal Singh associates for filing a RIT against NSA imposed by the Punjab Police.

Petitions were filed in the High Court against the arrest of Amritpal Singh’s associate Bhagwant Singh alias Pradhan Mantri Bajeke and five others.
The relatives of all of them have filed a petition in the High Court, calling their arrest illegal and seeking quashing of the NSA imposed on them. It has also sought permission to meet their families.
