Nabha jailbreak: Patiala court sentences all convicts

Patiala: In the 2016 Nabha jailbreak case, the court today sentenced the convicts in the case related to the 2016 Nabha jailbreak. Additional Sessions Judge HS Grewal pronounced the quantum of sentence today, two days after the conviction of the 22 convicts. 20 have been sentenced to 10 years in prison. While one has been sentenced to five years and one to three years in prison. Four alleged gangsters and two militants escaped after the gangsters in police uniform opened indiscriminate fire on the jail guards. The police had filed a charge sheet against 34 accused in the case.
