NIA files supplementary charge sheet against two accused, conspiracy hatched from Pakistan
Chandigarh: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) filed a supplementary charge sheet in a special court in Mohali in connection with the 2021 Ludhiana court bomb blast case.
According to the NIA, Khalistani terrorist Lakhbir Singh Rode, who is hiding in Pakistan, is the mastermind of the bomb blast. He is the head of Pakistan-based banned terror outfits Khalistan Liberation Force and International Sikh Youth Federation.
The NIA has also named another terrorist Harpreet Singh alias Happy Malaysia as an accused in the supplementary challan. Happy was arrested by the NIA from the Delhi airport last year.
On December 23, 2021, a bomb blast took place in the district court of Ludhiana, in which one person was killed, while six people were injured.
