Over 3 kg heroin seized along Indo-Pak border in Tarn Taran

Chandigarh: More than three kilograms of heroin has been recovered near the Indo-Pak border in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district.

BSF personnel recovered the black bag from the border area of Tarn Taran at around 12.05 am on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday, a BSF spokesperson said.

A search of the bag led to the recovery of six packets of heroin that weighed 3.306 kg.
