Sukhbir Badal moves HC seeking anticipatory bail

Punjab News: Former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the Kotkapura firing case. Earlier, he had moved an application in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Rajiv Kalra, Faridkot, seeking anticipatory bail, but the court rejected Sukhbir Badal’s bail application.
