Two youths injured in firing at Dhaba in Pathankot

Pathankot: Miscreants opened indiscriminate fire at individuals seated at a dhaba in Sarna Adda, Pathankot, resulting in severe injuries to two youths present at the dhaba. They have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. The number of attackers is reported to be between 5 to 7.

When questioned about the incident, local residents stated that around midnight, they heard gunfire and immediately rushed to the scene. Upon arrival, they observed scattered goods at the dhaba and two injured individuals.

Simultaneously, police also arrived at the scene and initiated their investigation. Sumit Kumar, the head of Ward number 45, who was present at the scene, expressed that such an incident is unprecedented in the area. He urged the administration to swiftly apprehend the culprits to prevent such incidents from recurring.
