22-year-old Ludhiana youth commits suicide in Canada
Toronto: A young man from Ludhiana in Punjab, living in Canada, has committed suicide there. Canadian police have confirmed the suicide of the young man.
22-year-old Charanjit of Abbuwal village in Ludhiana, living in Canada, was missing for the last one week. Around Thursday, he told his friends about going to work in Niagara Falls. From that day onwards, Charanjeet did not return.
His family members living in the village were trying to contact Charanjit on his mobile daily, but his mobile phone was also switched off. The Canadian police were searching for Charandeep by registering a missing report.
According to Canadian police, Charanjit Singh committed suicide by jumping into Niagara Falls. He went to Brampton city in Canada about 10 months ago on a study visa. Family had taken a loan and sent him to Canada for the son’s golden future.
