First batch of 36 principals from Punjab leaves for Singapore, CM Mann flags off
Chandigarh: The first batch of 36 principals from Punjab left for Singapore on Saturday. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann flagged off from Chandigarh.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister said that after this, the teachers of the state will also go to Finland on the lines of Delhi. A batch of principals will learn modern techniques of teaching from February 6 to 10.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that during the assembly elections, the people of Punjab were guaranteed that the education sector in the state would be completely transformed. Teachers are nation builders who can raise the standard of education, which is why it was guaranteed that their teaching skills would be further enhanced by giving teachers a high level of training abroad.
Bhagwant Mann said that on the basis of this guarantee, the first batch of 36 principals of government schools is leaving for Singapore on February 4 for training.
