National Rankings: PGI ranked second for the seventh time in a row

Chandigarh: In the NIRF 2024 rankings released by the Union Ministry of Education today, PGIMER Chandigarh has been ranked as the second best medical institute for the seventh time in a row.

PGI Chandigarh has retained its second position from 2018 to 2024. Director, PGI, Prof. Vivek Lal congratulated the faculty and staff members for this achievement.

In this ranking, Panjab University Chandigarh has been ranked fifth, which is considered to be a slight improvement from the ranking received in the year 2023.

Similarly, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana has secured the third position for agriculture-related education.
