Punjab education minister takes action against private schools for charging arbitrary fees; E-mail issued to lodge complaint
Punjab News: The AAP government has taken a tough stand against the arbitrariness of private schools in Punjab. School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains has also started action in the matter. He has launched an e-mail [email protected] on arbitrary fee collection by private schools.
On this, the families of the students of the private school will be able to file a complaint against the school management for charging arbitrary fees.
School Education Minister Harjot Singh will take cognizance of every complaint and further action will be taken. Since forming the government in Punjab, AAP has been claiming to make commendable changes in the field of education, employment and health.
In order to make Punjab the leading state in the education sector, the Mann government is providing training to the principals. Also, in the smart school being opened, students will be educated according to their area of interest, the minister said.
