Newyork: An Indian-American attorney is among the 27 new judges announced by California Governor Gavin Newsom. Savina Pannu will serve as a judge on the Stanislaus County Superior Court. After graduating from Panjab University, Pannu earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Aberdeen School of Law.
