Malaysia-bound plane makes emergency landing in Hyderabad due to engine failure

Hyderabad: The flight from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia took off from Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport late last night but after some time the pilot had to bring the plane back here due to engine failure.

According to airport sources, flight MH199 took off at 12.45 am on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday but had to return after some time due to technical reasons. There were 138 passengers on board, the sources said
