North Korea and Russia sign deal to give all possible help immediately in the event of a war

Seoul: Under the new agreement between the leaders of Russia and North Korea, the two countries will use all means to provide immediate military assistance to each other in the event of an attack.

The assistance was recorded in the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement signed between the country’s leader Kim Jong Un and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.

According to Article 4 of the agreement, if either country is attacked or a situation of war arises, the other country will have to provide military and all other types of assistance without any delay.

The agreement is considered to be the most powerful agreement between Moscow and Pyongyang since the end of the Cold War.
