Pakistani official asked to leave India within 24 hours over anti-national activities

New Delhi: India has asked a Pakistani official posted at the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi to leave the country within 24 hours. The official has been accused of engaging in anti-national activities and misusing his diplomatic status.

Sources said the Indian government summoned the Pakistani envoy and conveyed the decision, citing violations of diplomatic protocol.

The official’s actions were deemed incompatible with his diplomatic status, prompting the expulsion.

There was no immediate response from the Pakistan High Commission.
