Teen arrested for killing Indian elderly man in UK

London: British police have arrested a 14-year-old boy for allegedly beating an 80-year-old Indian-origin man, Bhim Kohli, to death. The attack took place when he was out of the house for a walk with his dog in Leicester, England.

The accused, whose identity was not disclosed due to legal reasons, was produced before leicester magistrates’ juvenile court on Thursday, where he has been charged with murder.

The post-mortem report confirmed Kohli’s death due to a neck injury on Sunday evening.
