MC Mohali launches Massive Drive Against ongoing unapproved Constructions

SAS Nagar, December 26, 2024: A massive drive carried out by the Commissioner MC SAS Nagar Mohali along with Joint Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Municipal Town Planner and all the town planning officers/officials in the Villages with in the municipal limits against the unauthorised constructions. Divulging the details, Commissioner T Benith said that demolition of ongoing works has been carried out in Matour and Kumbhra villages against ongoing construction without any approval. He said that the officers, particularly Building Inspectors have been directed that stringent action should be taken against illegal construction in villages even on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays. The Commissioner directed the officers/officials to not allow any construction without approval and take immediate action against any illegal construction as per law. Any negligence from any official will not be tolerated.
