1984 anti-Sikh riots: Court reserves order to frame charges against Jagdish Tytler

New Delhi: A Delhi court is likely to pronounce on August 16 its verdict on framing of charges against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a case related to the alleged killing of three persons in front of pul bangash gurdwara during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.

The decision has been deferred today as special CBI judge Rakesh Sial is on leave. The court has reserved the verdict after hearing the arguments of the CBI and the defence today.
