AAP announces 40 star campaigners for Delhi Assembly elections

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released a list of 40 star campaigners for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections on Monday.

The list features prominent leaders, with national convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal leading the group.

Other key figures include Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Delhi ministers Saurabh Bhardwaj, Gopal Rai, Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha, Sanjay Singh, and former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, who will also campaign for the party.

In a similar move, Congress and the BJP also announced their star campaigner lists. Congress’s list includes President Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, K.C. Venugopal, and Sharad Pawar, among others.

The BJP’s roster features Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, national president J.P. Nadda, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, and several state leaders.

The Delhi Assembly elections are scheduled for February 5, with results set to be declared on February 8.
