Adani Enterprises withdraws FPO, to return money to investors investing in FPOs

New Delhi: The Adani Group on Wednesday decided to cancel and withdraw the follow-on public offer (FPO) of Adani Enterprises. On January 27, 2023, Adani Enterprises issued an FPO to raise Rs 20,000 crore. Which the company has decided to withdraw at its board meeting on February 1, 2023.

In this regard, the Adani Group has issued a press release, in which the Adani Group has said that it is canceling the FPO (FPO) of Adani Enterprises. Also said, investors in FPOs will be refunded their invested money in time. Adani Enterprises has said in its press release that it will withdraw its FPO of Rs 20,000 crore.
