Adani-Hindenburg stock crash row: Supreme Court refuses to hear review plea
New Delhi: The Supreme Court has dismissed the review petition against the formation of an SIT or refusal to conduct a court-monitored CBI probe in the Adani-Hindenburg stock crash controversy case.
The Supreme Court said in its judgment that there does not appear to be any error in the record.
A bench of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra dismissed the review petition filed by petitioner Anamika Jaiswal of the PIL.
