Amul cuts milk prices by Rs 1 but discontinues free 50 ml scheme

New Delhi: Amul announced a Rs 1 reduction in milk prices nationwide, including in Delhi-NCR, on Friday, bringing some relief to consumers amid rising expenses.

However, the move comes with a caveat that could offset the benefit.

The company has simultaneously discontinued its free 50 ml milk scheme.

As a result, while the price of Amul Gold and toned milk was reduced by Rs 1 in Delhi-NCR on Friday evening, customers no longer receive the additional 50 ml previously included in the offer.
