Arvind Kejriwal will not appear on ED summons today, files reply
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent a third notice to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the liquor policy case. However, even after the third notice of the ED, the Chief Minister of Delhi is not going to appear. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has said that a conspiracy is being hatched to arrest Kejriwal to stop him from campaigning. AAP says Kejriwal is ready to cooperate in the investigation.
The Aam Aadmi Party has said that Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal is not going to go on the Enforcement Directorate’s summons.
The party has also questioned the ED’s summons. AAP says that Kejriwal is ready to cooperate in the ED investigation, but the notice is completely illegal. The party has questioned why the notice was sent just before the election. Their intention is to arrest Kejriwal. They want to stop Delhi CM from campaigning.
