New Delhi: Ashutosh Sharma played a remarkable innings as Delhi Capitals clinched a thrilling 1-wicket victory against Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL. Chasing a target of 210, Delhi struggled early, losing Jake Fraser, Abhishek Porel, and Sameer Rizvi with just seven runs on the board.

However, contributions from Faf du Plessis (29), Axar Patel (22), and Tristan Stubbs (34) kept Delhi in the chase. Ashutosh, who came in at number seven, turned the game around with an unbeaten 66 off 31 balls, hitting five fours and five sixes. Vipraj Nigam also scored 39 runs.

In the end, Ashutosh sealed the victory with a six, completing one of the most dramatic run chases in IPL history.
