Bharat Jodo Yatra resumes from J&K’s Awantipora: Mehbooba Mufti with Rahul Gandhi

Punjabenews: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi resumed his ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ from Awantipora in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district this morning.

A day earlier, the party had temporarily halted the yatra in Anantnag district following allegations of security lapses.
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti and her daughter Iltija Mufti were seen walking in step with Rahul during the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ in Awantipora today. Workers of Mehbooba’s party also joined the yatra in large numbers.
