BJP leaders caught ‘purchasing’ TRS MLAs

Telangana’s Cyberabad police have claimed to have unearthed the purchase of four TRS MLAs. Police have arrested three persons and reportedly seized Rs 15 crore. 

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) claims that the BJP is trying to buy its MLAs. It is alleged that the BJP was trying to buy TRS MLAs Rega Kantha Rao, Guavavala Balaraju, Biram Harshavardhan Reddy and pilot Rohit Reddy.

TRS leader Y Satheesh Reddy tweeted a picture of the MLAs and said that these are the real heroes who reported the cheap politics of the BJP.

Cyberabad CP Stephen Ravindra said, “We had received information from TRS MLAs that they were being lured with money, contracts and posts. We raided the farmhouse and spotted three people. We will initiate legal action and investigate the luring case.”
